Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:
Delivery is available within Germany and to the EU countries listed below.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We charge a flat shipping fee of €7.90 per order.
For orders of €35.00 or more, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries abroad:

We ship abroad with DPD, and to the Azores and Madeira with DHL. Shipping costs are charged per parcel. The amount depends on the destination country and applies regardless of the order value (gross value of goods). One parcel holds up to 24 packs, i.e. three 8-packs or one 24-pack. Larger orders are shipped in several parcels. You then pay the price per parcel multiplied by the number of parcels.

- €8.90 per parcel: Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands
- €10.90 per parcel: Denmark
- €13.90 per parcel: France, Italy
- €17.90 per parcel: Ireland, Portugal (excluding the Azores and Madeira), Sweden
- €21.90 per parcel: Finland
- €28.90 per parcel: Croatia, Estonia, Latvia
- €54.90 per parcel: Azores, Madeira

Example: You order six 8-packs to France. That is two parcels, so the shipping costs are 2 × €13.90 = €27.80.

We do not currently ship directly to other countries. In many countries you can order Mølk through our distribution partners. Write to us at sales@moelk.com and we will gladly put you in touch with the partner in your country.

Delivery periods

Insofar as no other period is given in the respective offer, the goods in Germany (Germany) will be delivered within 1-3 days of deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (at agreed prepayment after the time of their money order).
Note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you ordered items with different delivery times, we ship the goods in a joint consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with them. The delivery time is determined in this case according to the article with the longest delivery time you ordered.
